Stayed here with my family on our way home from a road trip. The staff was really friendly and attentive. We found dirty dishes in our room and the exhaust fan in our bathroom didn't work. Overall it was a great stay and I would recommend it to a friend.

Tons of room in the suites and extra amenities that you don't find at other hotels. There was a coffee shop that shared a parking lot with hotel which was so nice to be able to walk to. The breakfast was good. The pool provided full-sized beach towels. Perfect for a family of four with teen kids.

Traveling with small children, and we were given a room that smelled of smoke. When I alerted the front desk to the issue they confirmed they had someone smoking in there...That was all. No apology or attempt to remedy the concern.

We have stayed before. Plenty of room. Bed didnt seem as comfy as last go around, but maybe we are just getting older. Had our baby with us, so was disappointed there wasnt a bath. Had to bathe her in the bathroom sink.

Nice, seemingly new hotel. Nice location near the ballpark. Only negative was poor water pressure in the shower. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of four staying one night during a road trip.

Location is downtown, close to many restaurants and things to do. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was extremely disappointing, the size was great but stains all over the carpet and hair everywhere, I'm assuming it was dog hair but definitely not what my family wants to see after spending over $200.00 for a clean place to sleep.
