Comfort Suites Airport

We stay here often when visiting family in Kansas. It is easy and convenient to the airport and shopping - not in a crowded area but right near a major store. Staff is always very nice - breakfast is really good. The hotel is always clean

The lobby area was clean and welcoming. Someone came to the desk within seconds of us walking in which was nice not to have to wait since we have 3 antsy kids in tow. Our room was very close to all the amenities which I appreciate with having kids. The room: It was surprisingly spacious which was absolutely needed and appreciated. The room was very clean. A random pro I liked was the window slid open with a screen so we could have fresh air. Amenities: The pool was small. The size of the pool doesn’t matter if you’re in there with just you/your family, but once other guests join, it gets far too crowded. The temperature of the pool was also on the cold side for being a heated pool. The breakfast was amazing for it being included. They had cold options every morning which included multiple cereal choices, muffins, bagels and pastries. They also had a make your own waffle station. They had hot options that changed. Which, for us, was scrambled eggs and hashbrowns one day and then cheese egg omelets and biscuits and gravy. I cannot rave enough about the woman who ran the breakfast. She made sure things that were running low were refilled. One morning when we walked in with our kids, she changed the tv from the news to Bluey. It was a sweet gesture. The customer service was great. Our kids soaked all our bath towels so we had to call down for more and within in 30 seconds of calling (no joke) they had more at our door. I just cannot thank everyone enough.

The furniture was all scuffed up. And so was the door to the bathroom. The grippers in the tub were falling off. The pull out sofa bed was falling apart. The heater for the pool was broke so the water was ice cold, i was worried about hypothermia for my kids. The pictures showed a hot tub, but apparently they closed that up which is literally the ONLY reason we chose this hotel over another. And the cherry on the cake.. 15 minutes before checkout and we were gathering our things to leave, a housekeeper used her master key to let herself in my room, before I had even checked out! Absolutely unacceptable. Wouldnt reccomend the stay to anyone

The kids tried to swim but the water was very cold! Water also was very dark green.

Let me start by saying the location was great. When booking online I wasn't informed of the extra $100 incidental charges. Hot tub broken, room old and stinky, pills found under couch (my granddaughter who is five found them), mini frig, breakfast wasn't fit to eat, zero water pressure, couch smelled with tons of stains. Terrible experience for two nights at $413.00. Please don't waste your money. My family and I would never stay there again.

Worst place to stay! They say you trash the room when you bring your own trash bags to help keep rooms clean. Say you rip stuff out of walls, when even the maintenance man said it was not up secure and almost hurt my child! and steal things that you do not. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER STAYED SOMEWHERE AND TRASHED IT! Maybe they didn't like that I bagged up my trash and stripped the beds so that they could make fresh beds for the next person and be sure my child didnt hide anything in the sheets.

This was our family vacation. We stayed there last year. I loved the location, comfortable stay and the pool. One of the main reasons we go is to use the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Which we did the first night. The hot tub was lukewarm (heater went out) and swimming pool had way too much chemicals in it. (Caused my son to cough and it felt like it was burning my skin.) The second night it was not swimmable. We will probably go somewhere else next year.

A good hotel for our family vacation. The only complaint is that the hotel has a funky smell.

We weren't in the room much because we attended a funeral and spent time with family. The bed was a bit hard for me. (I have old bones though) The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't get to use the pool or anything due to our time. I would book there again though.

The staff was excellent at check in and worked to accommodate our room change at our request. We were originally placed next to a room with a crying infant and had a long road trip ahead of us the next day. The staff was very gracious about processing a change for us. Thank you John!
