La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wichita Airport

My experience was great until check out. They accused us of smoking weed and cigarettes in our room. We had two children and neither of us smoke. So i am not sure where that came from, but otherwise i would recommend this location.

The hotel was clean and offered a room with three actual beds which suited our family well. The only negative was that at check in I requested extra pillows and the clerk would not give us extra. Our toddler has a tendency to roll off of beds (which I told the clerk) but instead of giving us extra pillows she told me how many were in the room and that she wouldn't give me any more. I'm sure people steal stuff, but I would've happily paid a deposit or left my ID in order to have what my family needed.

The facility was nice except the required scan to enter the main door. We got the suite at the last minute and enjoyed it for our family!! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean safe nice pool great place for family and solo to stay good breakfast staff was friendly I have a disability and they accommodated me there was no freezer in the refrigerator in the room and I need to keep my medicine called when traveling so I use freezer bags but they were glad to put it in their freezer for me until I left plenty of places to eat in the area and there’s a Walmart in a Sam’s just on the other side of the highway highly recommend thanks for the stay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall our stay was great! We didn’t get in until 9pm, but the pool was open until 10pm, so we had enough time for the kids to swim before bed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The king room had a pull out couch and an extra pillow and blanket were already in the room drawers. Rooms were very clean. Air conditioner kept up great with the heat being 102 degrees outside. Breakfast choices were great for the whole family. Scrabbled eggs, potatoes, sausage patties and links. Waffle maker, cereal, and fresh yogurt machine with toppings. Front desk service was easy check-in and great service!

Had a crackhead follow my fiance into the hotel then approach my vehicle with me and my 6 month old daughter in it then proceeded to watch them looking into cars and trying to get in the side door of hotel as we were attempting to check in. Left for safety reasons as i didn't feel putting my family in that situation, attempted to get a refund knowing that we had booked without cancellation as we were 100% confident we were staying there until this experience happened and la Quinta refused refund allowing no exceptions even being a safety issue on their part. Goes to show that this establishment stands behind money in their pocket over safety of their guests and customer service is far from a priority for them. My family is far more important than the money they proceeded to charge but i would definitely never recommend this establishment to anyone you care for!
