We liked the suite option of 2 separate rooms, 2 tvs, a kitchen, separate counter and mirror in addition to the bath counter and mirror. Great for family. The breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel, with lots of healthy options and hot fresh options.

Being just across the street from Legends Outlet Mall, we had walking access to retail stores and restaurants. It was so convenient. The hotel was beautiful, the suites were lovely. They had a very nice lobby with a combo TV/fireplace where our family could congregate when we weren’t out and about. My suite was for 3 people. There weren’t pillows, sheets, or blankets for the sofa sleeper like usual. When calling down to the desk, she said I could come down and get them. I wasn’t impressed with that particular customer service.

Parking wasn't the best. Very small lot. Hard to get any place close to the front entrance. The room was very clean and spacious. Not sound proof at all. Heard lots of kids running the hall and a little dog insistently barking. Kids didn't bother us that much but the dog was annoying. The window by the bed whistled so loudly in the wind. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Fridge has ice maker but nothing to catch the ice in so we used a bowl that was in the kitchen. I'm pretty sure the doors by the stairwell are fire doors and are supposed to be shut but were wide open. There were some paper towels stuffed beside the sofa. Might want to check all the areas when cleaning the rooms. The floor looked clean in the kitchen but my socks got dirty walking on it so actually needs better cleaning. Very close to lots of shopping and dining options so that's a plus. The free breakfast was ok but you need to get to it quick or your options become limited. The room we had only had a shower which was fine but if you have children and need a tub might want to check that your room will have one.
