Perfect location & enjoyed it being pet friendly for our family.

I like the room is so perfect for a family of five.full of space. Beds were clean and comfort. Serving breakfast is so great. The only thing i rated 4 as an overall because when we used the tv is not user friendly to hook up quickly to cable. So we didn't actually used it. The staff should know that the person booked for 5 members should add more personal care.we received only few soaps and shampoos.

We traveled with another family and go conjoining rooms which was fun for the children. Hot breakfast every morning was the typical hotel breakfast- eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, and waffles. Clean breakfast area with plenty of space. I believe hotel has been recently updated in areas, instead of room numbers each door had duck tape with sharpie number written on it. Rooms were spacious and clean. Extra couch provided additional space. Does have a small 5 foot pool that the kids enjoyed.

Our visit to KCK was to see family to celebrate several birthdays. Our arrival was in snowy, windy and bitter cold temperatures. Hot beverages available 24/7 in the lobby and great heat in our room made the visit feel like home. Would stay again when in the area. FULL breakfast too provided something for everyone! Staff very helpful and attentive.

The front desk staff, Georgia, was very rude. Me and my daughter were going there to spend a night away from family as a girls night. She found it very suspicious that my daughter was the one who booked the hotel, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal because it didn’t say she had to be a certain age when booking. She proceeds to ask me for my tag number, most likely because she thought I was going to leave my 18 year old there to “party”. After I gave my tag number, I asked her why they asked for my tag number and she ignored my question and gave us a room number. My daughter did not like Georgias attitude or the way the room smelled like cigarette smoke. My daughter was so uncomfortable that she just wanted to go home. I went back at around 10pm to check out because I just didn’t want to deal with it in the morning. Once I stated that I wanted to check out, Georgia says’ “that’s odd.” I really wish my daughter didn’t have to experience being treated like that when she did nothing wrong.

Absolutely the best staff, property, and service for the price in the Kansas City metro area… PERIOD !!! Special shoutout to Georgia for taking so good care of us every time we come to KC to visit family 🙏❤️

Stayed with my family. Room was clean. It was easy to get too. Breakfast was decent. Had waffles, sausages, eggs, cereal, muffins, fruit, yogurt etc. kids enjoyed it!! If I was in the area again I would stay again.

It was a very quiet location and close to where family is. Nice room and breakfast was above average.

The only issue was a lot of hall noise. There was a softball team that was loud. There was also a family with a child they were ok to have screaming and crying in the hall instead of their room at 11 at night. The rooms are spacious, breakfast is good, beds were comfortable, and check in was fast. All in all a really good 2 night stay for our son’s wedding
