Booked online. Got to Hotel the next day at 10:00pm after our event got over. Went to check in and they didn't have my reservation. Got in contact with Hotels.com. They did refund my money right away. Wanted to book me at another hotel, since this one was now sold out. I wasn't interested. So i drove home over 2 hours with my family.

We liked the arcade and that I was close to the Lost Island parks. The pool had posted that we couldn’t bring in our own drinks and when we asked we couldn’t have our drinks pass the gate that went into the pool area. Wasn’t what we expected or wanted; we wanted to be able to sit by the pool, have a drink while our child played.

The shower head was broken. The carpets in our room were dirty. The pool and spa were full of kids and no place for anyone to relax. The non smoking slots area smelled like smoke. There was no Wi-Fi in our room. When I called the front desk about it they said that wires got cut when building the new restaurant and have never got fixed.

Excellent location for all populations. Casino for adults and arcade for children. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. Cigarette smoke from casino could be a problem for anyone with allergies.

This place is far from worth $200 a night. Super disappointed. Will never stay there again. Sauna turns off every 5 minutes, kids in pool past 10 PM. Room was missing towle bar and curtains ripped at the bottom. Fan one speed. USB charger didn't work on night stand. Don't waste your money.
