Hotel was nice and clean. Lobby was very nice and would be great for families or groups traveling together. Areas to gather inside and out. No free breakfast but they did offer coffee and water.

It was in an industrial area so the surroundings were not where I would normally stay. My niece was getting married and recommended it. Hotel itself was great although we had a few broken items in our room. Staff was excellent. Little kids running up and down the hall knocking on random doors, not so much.

Very loud there lots of kids running around with sporting events going on. We were there two night and was like that both nights.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We were woken at 6am by kids upstairs obviously was going to a baseball game and decided to catch up on their game.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our family stay. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. The location was close to many restaurant options and the zoo. The bar area was nice and drinks were good. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast and coffee seemed very short staffed for the needs.

Very comfortable stay. Have stayed at this hotel several times and been happy. Will continue to book this hotel when I am in the area to visit family.
