Delayed check in. Traveled with family of three - only qualified for one breakfast? This hotel is no nicer than basic Econo motels. Couldn't even use the pool because it was so cold. Four other people were in the hottub and never got out.

Everything was great except for no ironing boards or irons for customers like all hotels worldwide. They also have some youngsters working at the front desk who need additional customer service training. Besides that the hotel was great.
