Everyone was very nice and helpful. Very quiet and convenient to freeways. The only thing I would say could have been better is the cleanliness of the room I stayed in. Bathroom door looked like frosting finger marks from little ones as well as on the window. Also the bathtub had that pinkish/red fungus in a couple spots.

This hotel was part of an 8 day road trip. We stopped here on our last night. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at. Everyone in our family of 7 loved the breakfast. There were so many choices. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Great staff! So friendly and helpful. Pool was small(as were the pool towels) but it was clean and temp was nice. Hot tub worked great. Highly recommend for families. Close to restaurants and gas stations.

We enjoyed the hotel stay very much. It is conveniently located right off I-35 and between 5-10mins away from the Iowa State campus, which made it easy for us to drive since we were coming in from out-of-town. The complimentary breakfast was very well-managed and they had all the basics that you needed for a good start to the day. Other amenities like the business center, complimentary wireless and coin-operated laundry facility were also nice touches. Overall, this hotel is a great deal for a family that is looking for a well-managed and relatively inexpensive hotel.
