Overall we liked the hotel the entrance is very warming and friendly. Our rooms were fine. The breakfast was a little lacking. It was the same thing both days and they were bagels but no cream cheese, which is a big deal in my family. Everybody likes cream cheese on their bagels.

We stayed 2 nights with our 4 children. Hotel was very clean, beds were pretty comfortable, bathrooms were huge, AND there was a kitchenette! Which is a huge bonus in my book. Breakfast had a good variety, and tasted good! Staff was very friendly. Pool was fun for kids, but cold!

Little family trip. No elevator & we had to carry luggage upstairs. Pool was freezing and no towels, asked for them & had to wait awhile. The game room, skill crane worked but wouldn’t release the toy won, and employee had no idea how to help so we lost the toy & it was a huge letdown for my kids. They seemed to be short staffed and they were very polite, helpful in what ways they were able to be of help. I just expect a little more when paying to stay in a hotel.
