Upon check in the sliding door for the bathroom fell off the tracks and my husband was stuck inside the bathroom. We had to struggle to get him out. Also one of the queen beds sounded like metal when you got into bed or moved around. When it came to sleep, above us in the room was a fussy baby whose parents were trying to settle down.

Our first room smelled like wet dog so they moved us to a room that didn’t smell but our bed had a pee stain on it and the pull out couch had a huge pee stain that still smelled like pee Our first day breakfast was very slow we waited for an hour for our food The pool was also broken and with 4 kids that did not make it a fun weekend , they should of said it was down on the web site

This is my second time I've stayed at this hotel with my family. It's clean, quiet ,the pool is clean and indoors. The breakfast also has a good food selection to pick from. I can't wait to return again!

We stopped here on the way home late at night. The lady working the desk was the nicest hotel lobby worker I’ve ever had. The breakfast staff the next morning was also equally great. They have a small store with food and drinks with very reasonable prices that were a real life saver. The free breakfast and variety of coffee in the morning was awesome. Rooms have fridges and microwaves and ample desk/table space. The ONLY negative I could point out was that there is no lock on the bathroom door which is a problem when you have a toddler running around.

Room was great, pool was very chlorinated!! Breakfast was decent. Need extra waffle maker...lol and they had sweet potatoes with a hotel full of kids... could of probably picked different option there. Kitchen last seemed over worked but held a pretty good attitude for picking up after so many kids!
