We didn’t see a pool which I would assume they would have for the price we paid. Also no one came to clean our room at all to clean and we needed clean towels and more toilet paper but I had to go down and ask for it. Also no free breakfast and parking was really inconvenient especially since it was hot and rained and we have 3 kids with lord of stuff. Staff was very nice though and property was clean and new.

I had a misunderstanding with dates and this property would not answer any of my messages and still took money for me. When I made my trip for some reason it made it for April instead of may. After that I got locked out of my email because I got a new phone and couldn’t remember my password to my email and it kept trying to send a confirmation to my old phone. I wanted to explain this to them but never got a chance. They didn’t even consider talking to me. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I just literally had a baby and couldn’t afford to lose out on that money. I was going for my birthday out there to relax so thank you for ruining that for me. I needed this trip btw. I have been dealing with postpartum and other issues and all I wanted was to relax and yall couldn’t even have common courtesy to speak with me after leaving like 5 messages.

This is our second year in a row staying at this property during our winter weekend ski trips. Love the clean property and rooms. Great atmosphere. We were a 3 family party so we enjoyed the great hang out spots and couches to all relax today at the beginning and end of the day.

Visiting grandchildren for the Holidays. Great location in a quaint area with shops and restaurants.

Myself, my wife, and entire family have stayed at this property many times over the last 3 years, and the staff is EXCEPTIONALLY accomodating and professional, day and night, each and every visit!

This is NOT a kid friendly hotel. They had no restaurant that my kids could sit down and eat at. We were told we could order but had to sit in the lobby and eat 😩. They also had no pool so my kids just sat in the room bored. Also we arrived at 5;00 and one of our rooms was not ready and lots of people down stairs were being told the same. We were also told there was no manager on property to speak with. This Hilton is VERY disappointing and would never recommend it to anyone.

Always our first choice for stays during special family events. On site breakfast buffet is so convenient with several choices to choose from including the best coffee around.

The site is perfect on the Ohio river. We have strong family roots in the area. Check-in was seamless. We were a bit short on bathing supplies, wash cloths specifically. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We didn’t visit the buffet. It could be costly with a family. The Barista was absolutely awesome! Darcy went above and beyond for my husband and he was sooo appreciative that he bought her flowers at the Farmer’s Market! A great place to eat is at the RiverWatch restaurant on the barge. It’s all in walking distance. Parking is in a parking garage (free) that’s close. The only issue we had was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. Overall-I would most likely stay there again.

This experience was not a good one. The room was modern and spacious. The resecptionist at the desk was unprofessional, eating pizza as I checked in. Shoving her face with food. Just wait 5 min until I'm gone please. The rooms we thought looked clean on first impression, however when I pulled out the couch for my little kids to sleep on, there was cheerios under the cushions. The mattress cover slipped and I saw blood stains in the mattress. We traveled all day, my toddlers blanket he brought from home got soaked in juice so I asked if they had any laundry open to wash his blanket. Nothing. They didn't even give me a recommendation for a laundry mat. There was no compassion on the phone. I checked everywhere for extra blankets, nothing. They were fast to bring us up blankets. Kitchenette had two cups, for four people staying. The fridge freezes everything! Woke up to our milk frozen. The bed was uncomfortable. Didn't sleep much. Black Stains on our bed sheets. Most of the walls had weird stains on them as well and it looked like there was blood on the wall. A spot in front of the toilet that looked like poop. So unfortunate.
