SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Jasper

There were kids running up and down the hall and yelling until midnight. We could hear everything in our room. The air conditioner was so loud and turned off and on constantly, waking us up multiple times. Breakfast was just okay. The tv was not hooked up correctly and wouldn’t work so my husband had to figure out how to hook it up right.

The people were mostly nice. The beds were very hard & uncomfortable. The breakfast was not good at all & my kids were not able to the pool because it was way too full. The room was clean, but our toilet did not flush very well the entire stay.

We booked a pet friendly kitchenette room. There is no such thing here even though the website doesn’t disclose that. We were downgraded to a double queen room and had to argue to get the difference between the rooms refunded. Night clerk was rude and condescending. Outside “security” doors all open without having to use your room key for safety. Several families from our softball team stayed there, 4 families did not have working toilets and were told they could not fix it right now, but were handed plungers to try and fix it themselves. Same families could not shower for 2 of the days because the bath tubs would not drain water. No refund given! The first room we received did not have a working air conditioner. The second room we received had a working air conditioning unit but it was so loud it sounded like a small motor engine was being fired up each time it kicked on. No one in our family was able to sleep because of this loud noise. The arcade is really just an out of order video game from the 1990’s and 3 claw machines to get used looking toys out of. The breakfast was awful; watery eggs that you can’t even pick up with tongs, stale cereal and yogurt that is past the expiration date. The pool is so small compared to pics online. We had great expectation of this property as it is 5 minutes from ball diamonds and the description online paints a pretty picture, but it was the worst stay we’ve had. Please, do not waste your time and money by staying here.

First off I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I was charged a 100 cleaning fee because my kid got sick on the cover. The towels were stained with blood and they tried to say it was us. Most of the arcade games didn’t work. The pool is very slippery and my kids almost got hurt. PLUS ON OUR LAST NIGHT I FOUND A ROACH ON THE WALL IN THE HALLWAY! please beware!

We booked this hotel for a one night stay while in town for a gymnastics meet. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We booked the two queen beds with the hardwood flooring rather than carpet. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was small, but it was perfect for my kiddos. The hot tub was perfection as well. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we need a place to stay in Jasper. Thank you for the wonderful night away!

They have Alcohol drinks , Sodas and hot pockets in the lobby. In a factory manufacturing industrial environment area and Dealerships all around. Not noisy at all. We have stayed at this property 2021 during a travel basketball tournament. They have cleaned up the property a lot and for the stay the price is well worth it. Property and rooms are very clean and are very well maintained. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON HOLIDAY INN OR COMFORT INN. I’m not kidding this is the good spot hidden and secluded if you’re looking for a nice quiet place. $75 night Sat 7 Jan 24. Good place to eat near by Legacy Steakhouse just 2-3 minutes down the road. We had 4 guest ate Steaks Salmon Buffett Pizza, Cheese curds Brachetta Crustini , Old fashions ,Beer ,and Wine only cost us $102 so very well priced. Breakfast is Eggs Biscuits And Gravey , yogurt , Waffles and Crapes, warm syrup, cereal, orange juice apple juice , bagels , coffee , Milk , half and half. Pool and Hot tub is a little small but hey what hotel do you know has a hot tub and keeps it very well maintained…. Towels stocked to the max! Fitness room was open, looked welcoming but I’m a fatty so I was not going in because I already did my exercise walking up the stairs to my room hahahahahhaha but it was a fitness room. They have arcade games in the middle of the hotel it was like the Crainclaw type of games along with ice vending machine.

Our family spent great time during Christmas weekend. It was pet friendly and clean hotel. Reasonable price and great service.

Very clean. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Room was a little tight for a family of 4 (all adults, more or less) and a dog; however, it was a good price. Adequate breakfast. good place for next stay in Jasper.

A nice place for softball family weekend. Rooms clean- plenty of towels- coffee and breakfast. super friendly associate checking me in.
