Days Inn by Wyndham Jasper

was there for a family death. the personel was extremely helpful with my needs and even gave me the paper from day before for the obituaries. the room was clean and beds very comfortable. we go to jasper alot and now we will be staying there in the future and also in any of our future travels.

would recommend this hotel to family/friends. We had a total of 6 people and they gave us a room that was connected. Very kind and helpful.

This was a terribly bad hotel, it just needs updating. The hotel staff were extremely accomodating, but one isn't going to find a lot of "extras". If you want a basic hotel to stay in while attending a funeral, wedding, family reunion, etc. then this is a good deal.It was clean and reasonably comfortable.

After spending a long day at Holiday World with 3 cranky kids, the last thing I wanted to do was take a tour of Jasper, Indiana at 10:30pm. But that is exactly what I did trying to find the hotel. The directions from Google were horrible and the Days Inn Website directions weren't much help either. I even had to stop and ask for directions from a local and those directions were confusing. I ended up on the wrong side of town and had to zig-zig my way back. Overall, the hotel was okay. Our room did have two entrances, which was nice. One to the parking lot and one to the hallway. Unloading/loading to and from the parking lot was made easier with this feature. The price listed in the room was $/night and there is no way that I would ever pay that for this room. Luckily the travel website cut me a nice break. The two queen beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. The Continental Breakfast was lacking with donuts and muffins.

The room was clean, bed comfy, and in general good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did have some problems with the hotel, our air-conditioner went out in the middle of the night and we needed to switch to another room, however the staff was able to switch us to another room quickly and were apologetic for the inconvenience. The hotel has a pool, kids playground, and three hole putting course. Some people may want to know that the hotel is located directly across the street from the county correctional center and some rooms have outside entrances.
