Comfort Inn

Hotel was easy to find and located close to many restaurants and food options. Room was very clean. We asked for extra pillows but were told they didn’t have any. Exercise room was out of order and pool was very small but the area was clean. Lots of families here so it was a little noisy at night but overall fine. We would stay again.

The Handicap accessibility is AWFUL! The walk in shower that's pictured on the site is not what we got, we got a regular shower tub with a bath stool. The pool was very tiny and kids complained it was slimy in it. Complimentary breakfast was lacking as not much available. Staff called after 9pm to remind us of no smoking policy (we were alseep) and have no idea who might have smoked. Kids ran hallways yelling and screaming all hours of the night, the furniture in the room was lacking for handicapped. Overall very clean room. Air didn't work properly.

The beds were comfortable and the WiFi strong. The pool was green so my disappointed kids didn't get to swim. They did enjoy the arcade for a few minutes. Breakfast was good, waffle batter was too watered down though. The room was mostly clean. The front desk help was super helpful, especially when my son woke up with a sore throat in the middle of the night, the night manager quickly came to our rescue with some Tylenol.

My family of 7 got two rooms to stay two nights so we could go to Holiday World. The staff was amazing and the room was super clean. Breakfast was very good as well.

I have 2 children who loves to swim. The pool area was awful. It smelled really bad in pool area. The water level was under 3 feet and you could not swim in the pool. Major disappointment for our family of 4. Staff was friendly and the breakfast area was nice. Rooms were clean.

We are a family of 6 and it's hard to find rooms that will fit our needs. This was by far the largest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The pull out couch was perfect for my 11 year old and my 6 year old spelt comfortably on the chase next to it. With the 2 queen beds and a pack n play we still had more room then we expected. Oh the down size the pool is VERY small. I think the pool could have fit inside of our hotel room.

The hotel in jasper is about 3 years old, I believe, yet it still looks nearly brand new! Everything was better than expected, though we wish the pool was open a bit later....many families stay here after being at Holiday World, (that was us too, of course) and the pool was closed when we returned......time zone change was primarily the issue. Kids were bummed!
