Quality Inn & Suites

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were extremely clean and the televisions were better than most hotels we've vacationed at. We didn't watch much TV but we're very impressed. They were able to get my best friend and I into adjoining rooms as a last minute request and that was great because our kids loved being able to go back and forth between rooms.

My families arrived to the hotel to check in, remind you we arrived in 5 different vehicles. We got out of our cars to go check in we were welcome by people standing in the parking lot smoking marijuana. We went in asked to see a room before we checked in the clerk walked us to see a room walked in there was ants crawling on the sheets, we noticed someone had used the restroom and didn’t flush the toilet, remember this was supposed to be and clean room the clerk was showing. The carpet looked like animals had pooped on it. It was AWFUL!! I’m not the complaining type person BUT this was unacceptable. We had made our reservations online the pictures online looks NOTHING like in person. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at this hotel at all unless this is something that you’re ok with. Now if you read the responses to all the reviews they’re all pretty much the same, we are sorry and we’ll work to correct the issues. I believe it’s a recording. Hopefully day they will realize this is a business and after a day of traveling people wants a clean and peaceful place to rest.

The hotel was clean and in good repair..kinda disappointed the hot tub was filled in but kids still enjoyed the pool.

It was just an ok stay. Booked 2 rooms for my family. One room did not have hot water the first night. We left for Holiday World for the day when we came back after maintenance was out hot water worked fine we must have done it wrong. Asked front desk about a discount for night since we didn’t have water to shower and Desk told me maintenance said there was nothing wrong they just turned it on. That’s bull we used the shower in the other room with no issues. There was also a hair on the bathroom towel and fingernail clipping on the floor.
