The property was clean and well maintained. The hotel was quiet, despite being filled with kids. But the best part was the staff. They were all so friendly, and responsive to our needs and requests. They even called us the day before to tell us there was a problem with the pool and offered to let us cancel our reservation.

They checked us into a dirty room; I’m a mom with two children traveling alone. They then tried to give us an occupied room that contained a large angry man when the door was opened by staff. Additionally, the manager was abrasive when I was requesting a refund, and attempted to offer a 3rd room. I would sleep in my car, as opposed to stay here; my children agreed as we left without having another room booked at a different hotel.

Heavy cigarette smoke up and down 3rd floor hall and in my room and other family members room. I complained and was told no smoking in hotel allowed. Third day there they informed me they found smokers and kicked them out. I was not offered another room and requested discount on my bill and was told I couldn’t.

Staying at the La Quinta is always a treat! The staff is incredibly friendly, they kept the front walk salted and cleared when a terrible storm moved through, and the breakfast is beyond what you find at most hotels. Fresh fruit, hot eggs, toast, waffles, you name it. Our room was spotless enough to allow my toddler to run around with no worries.

This is our third hotel this week as we travel to see family in the Midwest. This is by far the best of the three as it's everything we need from a hotel, clean, comfortable, and with responsive employees.

The room was clean and the mattress and pillows were top touch and the linen was fresh I slept well and the staff was very friendly. I have family and friends in town and I will always choose this hotel in the future. Five stars
