Hampton Inn and Suites Kokomo

My kids loved the pool and the breakfast. The staff was super sweet and they took very good care of everything there. It was a great price also!

The room was lovely and supplies in room very helpful and accommodated our needs. I was very upset when I arrived, after I had called to confirm what I had planned for a small birthday party for my child. I went to the desk and the front desk staff was accommodating to help me arrange set up. When I returned to the lobby with everything on the cart the hotel manager very rudely yelled at me "We do not allow birthday parties at this hotel." With the help of a calmer individual than I we came to an arrangement to accommodate my party, which was within the parameters they required. If she had asked about our plan and what we had arranged instead of immediately trying to shut it down it could have been resolved much better. Because of this issue we will not be returning to this hotel ever. And I caution anyone who would use this venue, they are not party or child friendly regarding management staff. Also exercise room very tiny.

We were there to visit family and it was perfect location. It seems to be smaller than most of the Hamptons we have stayed in in the past but very quaint and cozy. I use the pool one evening and it was just perfect. The breakfast was good as always the people working there were polite and helpful.

Our stay was great! We took our 4 kids on an overnight trip and couldn't have asked for a better room, or service. The pool and beds could use an update, but no complaints, everyone had fun.
