Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Franklin

Overnight trip to visit family and friends. Very clean and comfortable. I can’t review the breakfast since I had other plans.

There was a whole softball tournament of children running around the hotel or outside being loud until midnight. The pull out couch was absolutely so terrible we slept on the couch. Honestly a solid 3/10 experience and would love recommend

Was in town for one night. Picked this property bc it was the most expensive in the area. Figured with that would get superior amenities. Pool was tiny. like a slightly supersized version of a hot tub. Breakfast was gross. Was there 20 minutes after breakfast started and most everything was gone. Couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. My family didn’t have time to wait so we took what was available and it was all bad. Wasn’t superior in cleanliness. Wasn’t anything special. Next time I’ll pick a cheaper property with all of the same things.

We were disappointed in our stay. We always book a “suite” and this is the first time we have experienced a hotel where the bedroom was not separated off from the living room for a “suite” booking. We stayed in 3 different hotels on our family trip, all with a “suite” booking. This stay was the only one where the bedroom and living room were connected. This is a studio not a suite. With our family of 4, with 2 young kids, this made for unpleasant sleeping arrangements. The pull out couch had no linens or pillows so those had to be requested at the front desk.

Started out OK the staff was helpful gave me directions. When I went to dinner there was a kid laying inthe halls with his feet on the door with his leg on the door stating he was resting. I came back from dinner went to buy a pop and overheard another guest stating he went to his room an there was someone already in it the TV was on. When I returned to my room a staff member came up knocked on my door and asked if I was registered to the room because the system went down. But they didn't knock on anyone else's door. There were kids running through the halls until 3am making alot of noise and someone was smoking weed I had to stuff towels under the door to keep the stink out. I would not stay there again if they have travel teams staying there they should be on the main floor so they can have a better eye on them. Very disappointed and left with a headache because i had to make my kids graduation at Camp Atterbury with a 5 hr drive in front of me. would not stay or recommend

This is our usual halfway point for traveling home to visit family for holidays and vacations. It's great to know it's safe, modern, and well kept. The staff there is always cheerful, even when we're arriving in the wee hours.
