Best Western Plus Louisville North

Room was never cleaned. Several family members reserved months ago for a certain room type and was told they were not available.

I book the room over a month in advance. I also called the hotel and told them we would be checking in late due to travel time. I was assured as long as we were there before 3am all was good. We arrived at mid night to find our room was given away by the clerk in duty. One of our kids had to sleep on the floor because of this. I will never go back there again. They got their money. That's all they wanted.

This Best Western was wonderful! This was a stellar example of how a hotel still owned by the corporation is compared to the family owned franchise the corporation sold to a new immigrant business owners through federal immigration law. The individually owned place is old, loud equipment, owners walk around the hotel shirtless. The corporate owned hotel is super clean, well-staffed, bright, modern, quiet, safe. This hotel in Clarksville is fantastic. The only negatives were that the pool was closed for a reason that was unexplained. The shower was wonderful. It didn't have a shelf, but not that big a deal. The only other thing was that the eggs were overly salty at breakfast. The beds were were comfortable and I'll say again, it was so quiet. I will happily stay there again. Excellent hotel!
