Very comfortable and convenient for our family of 5. We arrived late and slept well. We had a solid breakfast before continuing on with our trip and would definitely stay here again!

My family and I were in town for a football game. Home2 Suites by Hilton Clarksville Louisville was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the registrars were extremely polite. Shout out to Zenia and Michaela. They were wonderful. If you are ever in the area, this is a great play to stay. Satisfaction guaranteed.

The suite was nice and fit our families needs well. We got in late and we had a few issues with the room. The refrigerator was knocking every 5 seconds. Like a LOUD knock on the door. So we turned the fridge down so it would stop. Then the bed close to the window, when we sat down on the bed it felt broken. Then when my husband got up from the bed it would move, like broken springs. Really uncomfortable. Last thing the shower had no shampoo. There were 2 bottles of conditioner and 1 body wash. Just was not helpful.

Excellent experience all around. Room was very clean and updated and accommodated our family of six (5 humans and a dog) very well! They have signs all over about being pet-friendly, and they definitely are just that. We will be putting Home2 suites at the top of our list for future stays with our family.

Great mini getaway vacation with my family. Home2Suites as always great for the families. Great breakfast, always available coffee and a nice hanging out spots outside. Multiple shopping spots in an area. Great experience as always!

Overall it was much better compared to the stay at home 2 suites at Bowling Green, KY. This room had all the accessibility features I required to make my stay necessary and required. We were here visiting family.

I will start by saying the front desk service was wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating!! But, we were traveling with young children and our arrival was greeted with cussing clientele in the parking lot and our whole floor smelling of weed. There were stains throughout the hotel in the carpet, and there were ants and other bugs in the bathroom. We had to unload our own dishwasher, and we’re unable to tell if it had run at all due to the dishes being so spotted and dirty. All of this might be tolerable and overlooked, but this hotel cost the most per night of any hotel on our trip!! Definitely NOT a get what you pay for type of experience!

We stayed only for 1 night. The room was big, but not sure about if the sheets were changed . I saw a few hairs on the bed before use it , so I used the top cover. The bathroom didin't have body wash . My kids were excited about the pool but was smalll and the water too cold, so my son was brave enough to stay a few minutes. Breakfast was really good, many options to pick. the hotel was really close to restaurants. So overall was ok for 1 night.

Book The Room drove two and a half hours only to show up and then not have a room for us the one that we paid for. It was two adults and 4 Kids. They had to give us a single king size bed with a fold-out couch and have two children sleep on the floor they could not accommodate. Staff was rude. Also underneath the influence of alcohol. Then after shift change even the night guy was rude will not accommodate for extra blankets with kids on the floor
