Holiday Inn Express & Suites Louisville N - Jeffersonville, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was nice, unfortunately there were baseball kids and family partying and running the halls. The parents are worse than the kids.

We stay at this hotel when we are visiting family in Louisville. Excellent staff, nice rooms, very clean and close to restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay. Whenever visiting family in Louisville we stay here. Easy access to highway and only minutes away from downtown Louisville. Staff friendly and accommodating.

We have been coming to the Louisville area this past year on a regular basis. We always stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The employees are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to the places we need to go. Would recommend this facility to other family members and friends.

We got in late. The room is not clean. Loose hairs on the nightstand. The bathroom is just nasty. Would not stay if it was not so late. Also it is 11 at night and there are kids running up and down the hallway.

We were there for 3 nights. The first night we were able to use the pool, but not after that. We were in Spring Break and had 6 kids and were very disappointed. However Ms Joyce in the breakfast area was AMAZING. It was my niece’s birthday our last day there and she went to Krispy Kreme and bought mini donuts for her and sang with us. Each morning she greeted us with so much joy and love for her job. She made sure our kids had what they wanted each morning. She is an asset to this place. Our kids all hugged her bye and thanked her over and over for her kindness to us.

The staff was amazing! The lady setting up breakfast was helpful with the children. Wish the pool hadn't been over chlorinated, bothed all our skin and eyes.

Wonderful Hotel! Grandkids loved the pool. All rooms spacious and clean. Front desk personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast and many choices for dining...pancake printer a hit with grandkids as well. Plenty of good dining options right next to Hotel. You won't do any better for a stay than here!

We stay at this hotel because it is up the streets from our kids. The property seems to have gone down hill lately. Our bathroom had ants and a water problem on the ceiling. The bathroom wasn't very clean. The hallways were dirty as well. Not normal for this hotel.

The location of the property is next to a railroad crossing. Its loud. The garbage is picked up around 6 am. The doors don't drown out any noise from the elevator or hallway from people walking down it. Staff act like the hotel is their home. No one is in a uniform so you guess who the staffing is. They were on their personal cell phones while cleaning and the breakfast was sub par. The employees acted like it was a dis service to add more food or batter to pancake machine when it was out. You also won't have your room cleaned unless you stay 5 nights with this hotel, even when asking for more towels or trash to be taken out, it won't be. The pool is tiny and not heated, so I wouldn't recommend staying if kids want to swim.
