Loved the service at breakfast. Harvey makes everyone feel like family. I didn’t like that fire pit inop.

It was in a great location! There was a park right across the street for the kids to play and the walking bridge across the river right next to it. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were great amenities too! We will definitely be staying again!

I went for business. I will likely go back with my family. Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. It was a last minute choice for a business trip and I decided to make it a mini family vacation. My family loved the pool and other amenities. We loved that there was an actual kitchen so that we could make dinner in the room and not have to eat out all week long. I would absolutely stay here again or at any other TownPlace Suites by Marriott if they are all this good. It was so good, we extended our stay 2 more days.

One of the worst hotel stays I have had. It literally took pounding on the lobby door for someone to let us in right around midnight. We had booked two queen beds and ended up with only one queen bed in a bedroom (supposedly and upgrade). I had to sleep on a pullout and other family member got the bed. Horrible after driving 5 hours. The room was so humid because the climate control also did not work. One of the absolute worst hotel experiences. Never stay here.

We really enjoyed breakfast. Mr. Harvey was excellent. He kept up with everything (stocking, cleaning). He made us feel welcome. The thing I didn't like was when the people from Dubai came in. They turned the place into a circus, a very dirty and rude circus. The women were cleaning out their vehicles and throwing the trash on the ground! They left a lot of dirty diapers in the parking lot. The children ran around without any supervision. They threw food on the floor, made a huge mess at breakfast. They kept cutting in line just to waste the food. The children also were taking drinks out of the cooler without paying, throwing trash out front, and running around. The staff had their hands full cleaning up after these people trashed the place.

Drove in from pittsburgh for the Kentucky Derby and had an epic time. Staff was accommodating and the little mens shop ,derby table and photographers were a nice touch. I was able to get a last minute tie along with some keep sakes for my kids.
