Ramada by Wyndham Springfield North

My wife and I arrived in town at noon for a family gathering and decided to check-in early to be sure our room was secure for our return in the evening. Although our room was not ready at that time, we were given a set of keys to make our arrival later much easier. When we returned to the hotel at 7pm that evening, we found that our room was not ready and had not been touched by housekeeping at all. I went to the front desk for help. The desk clerk was very apologetic for the inconvenience and immediately gave us another room, including an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room. We later enjoyed the indoor pool which was absolutely wonderful. The continental breakfast the next morning was hot and delicious, with a good variety of items. The room and common areas of the hotel were very clean. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I took my kids there for a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The customer service was phenomenal, the pool was so much fun, and the room was nice and cozy!!

It was an excellent place to stay midpoint for our visit to family in Wisconsin. The breakfast offered had more choices of really good food than we could take advantage of in one morning. Our room was very nice with a view of the lake behind the hotel. We're so glad for this experience at Ramada.
