Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Moline Airport, IL

The overall stay went very well. The facility and amenities were very impressive. Our room gave us access to all the amenities and the meal area. The location was great it was only twenty minutes away from my family's residence. The only complaint I have is regarding the housekeeping service. In order for your room to be cleaned you must notify the front desk. This was never explained to me during check-in procedures. The staff were very nice, efficient, and accommodating. The hotel was very tidy and had a calming ambiance.

Awesome night with the kids had the pool to ourselves for over 2 hours...

I liked how quiet it was, even when some families checked in. The breakfast was also a nice treat. I especially liked how friendly and helpful everyone was.

My stay was awful. The room was a disaster as the last guest had thrown a party and the room was not cleaned properly. It even still smelled so strongly of cotton candy flavored cake that I had to open the window even though it was snowing. When I asked for a new room or if someone could come clean a little while I was out of the room for dinner, I was told there was nothing that could be done. At the end of my stay while checking out the staff told me it was the last guests fault and that the housekeeper “did her best” I told that woman that I had wiped down the tables with my own baby wipe and it was black when I got done, that there was cake all over the desk, the cabinet and fridge. Confetti on the phone still and cake still left on the floor. I attempted to reach the hotel manager and still have gotten no answer or call back.

Trash was thrown in our truck bed from other guests. And ball team of kids come in every weekend and take over the place

The overall cleanliness & condition of pool area & carpet in the room could be better… but for the price of this room It was what I expected. Stopped w a 7 & 4 year old on our way home after being in the car for 10 hrs. Room was large w a separate bedroom, kids loved the pool, and the breakfast was AMAZING! At check-in the woman at the front desk was friendly & talkative & she offered to bring up extra bedding for the sofa bed (later we found out she was the only one at the desk & was juggling phones & checkins but still delivered blankets to the room w a smile) Spent 7 nights this trip in hotels that were much more expensive & their hot breakfast, condiments, & staff friendliness didn’t compare. The gentleman working the breakfast area was extremely nice & hustling around to make sure everyone had what they needed & everything was filled, clean, & tidy. A budget stay but had all the little things that made it an enjoyable little stop on our long drive home.

The property was conveniently located. Positive. There were many families there so the noise level was pretty high. Kids are not quiet but we understand that. Hot tub was not working either.

Where do I start? My husband and I checked in late on Friday, checked out around noon Sunday. We were out visiting friends all day Saturday. Then we got back to the hotel - O M G. There was some kids (grade school age) soccer team / birthday party going on at midnight on Saturday. Loud screaming, running up and down hallways, playing kickball right in front of my room all night. The next morning I just wanted a bottle of water. The vending machine was empty, so I asked if they had any in the back that hadn't yet been stocked - I was told no, because of said kids thing. They suggested walking to the nearest gas station. So you can't add a case of water to your regular deliveries in anticipation of a scheduled event? Cool. I heard another guest ask about a toothbrush - he was told to rub toothpaste on a washcloth and use that instead. Then we asked to talk with the manager, because lots of little things add up. We received a business card with two bad phone numbers. There are lots of hotels in Moline, right by the airport. This is the only one I've stayed at, and don't plan on returning. I'm sure there are better choices.
