Clean appearance from the entrance, through the corridors, elevator, and the room itself. The bed was clean and comfortable. Both front desk staff members (evening and next morning) were very nice. I chose to stay here for two reasons: 1) I read good reviews previous guests had written; 2) I saw that Sonesta management replied to each review to thank the reviewer, comment on the reviewer's topics, and to address any poor experience the reviewer noted (and apparently I didn't see any poor experience that would make me not want to stay here). My family and I had a very nice stay and would certainly stay here again.

Everything was and is great. We have stayed here a couple times now as a family with 2 dogs, while we have construction happening at out house. This is very local for us, easy for us to get back home to manage the construction, and convenient for kids actiities. Plenty of parking too. Staff is always extremely helpful.... In short-excellent. Thank you

This is our go to place when we come from Florida to see family in lake county Illinois. The suite is roomy and has plenty of options to place all your clothes and toiletries. The kitchen is nice and everything is very clean.

The room was mammoth. I came in from Chicago for Christmas Eve and Day. It was a great escape from the craziness of family.
