This was a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and willing to work with all of us. They were very accommodating for a large wedding group and all of the individual needs that come with that. A family member's dog was welcome, little ones were cared for well, they were understanding of extra noise when the wedding party returned. It was one of the most seamless things about the weekend and sooo very appreciated!

I would stay at this property again. It’s a new family working on it and updating it. Was able to do laundry and the desk has quarters if you need them (exchange for dollar bills). Pool needs work but we did use it. Breakfast is included and coffee is in the lobby all the time. The hotel has no character because it’s at the back of a semi abandoned shopping center (was not unsafe at all, FYI), but it was right behind Target which was super convenient.

The General Manager was very attentive, very nice and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is being renovated but this did not interfere with our stay. The room was nice and clean. Good place for family.

The Manager went above and beyond to assist with accommodating my family during a local visit. Good option for the price and I will continue to stay here and recommend this hotel for Galesburg.

Night manager offered suggestions for local eateries and opened the breakfast area that evening so we could enjoy family time together. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Management was very friendly and attentive to all needs and requests. Indoor pool and hot tub were clean and inviting!

This hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and clean. Loved the suite!! Worked perfect with grandkids. Pool area was nice and clean. The staff was very respectful. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again when we are in the area.
