We always look forward to staying here when visiting family or friends. They are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast are amazing. My husband always tips the cook because he enjoys it so much. And if you knew my husband he doesn’t tip just anyone. Will definitely stay here again

There are 2 hotels in Monmouth. This one had better reviews. The hotel is showing some age. The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. I was back in Monmouth (I am from there) for a family emergency. This location was convenient for my needs.

Super friendly staff. Let them know this is my first time with two little ones by myself and she made me feel so comfortable and put us with nobody beneath us which gave me more peace of mind. I will definitely be back every time I come to town. Tons of pillows.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool might as well have been outdoors it was so cold! They have it open until 10 for kids to swim in but at that temp it’s DANGEROUS to let your littles play in it. My kids were heartbroken the pool was so cold.

This was perfect for myself and 3 teenage children. The location works well for visiting my family in the surrounding small towns that don’t have hotels in which to stay in.

We were traveling for a funeral and we’re looking forward to staying somewhere with a pool for the kids and a hot tub for the adults after an 8hr drive. We were told (right after paying, of course) that the hot tub was closed due to them being unable to make sure everyone stayed 6ft apart...? This is in June of 2022. By this time, wouldn’t a sign with distance recommendations next to the hot tub be sufficient? I noticed no other covid safety recommendations anywhere else inside the building. The staff weren’t wearing masks and there were no stipulations for the elevator or the breakfast room to keep ppl 6 feet apart… so why was the hot tub a deal breaker? Sounded more like a bad excuse for laziness. I worked in a hotel through the thick of 2022 and there are better ways to monitor things + in a more consistent manner. We would’ve stayed elsewhere had we known ahead of time. The cleanliness was also lacking in a facility that claimed to have concerns about the spread of covid. The walls of the elevator were disgusting - so I can about imagine how long it has been since any of that has been sanitized. If you’re going to use covid as your excuse to not even put water in your hot tub and cover it with a tacky tarp - at least make it believable by being above reproach in other areas regarding covid concerns as well. Breakfast was ok, but the spicy potatoes and eggs (hot items) weren’t real great. Inside the room seemed clean enough, but the bed themselves were very hard.
