Management is very competent. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast area is very well kept. There is a kitchen person who diligently watches over the breakfast area. No little kids with dirty fingers picking over the food. Wonderful experience, relaxing breakfast too. Fresh fruit, yogurt,

The refrigerator wasn’t working last night so I had to unplug it and plug it back in. Needless to say I brought food back from a family gathering which I had to go to waste. I asked the gentleman at the front desk last night when I called about 12:30 AM, and he offered to take my food and put it somewhere absolutely not. So I asked for some type compensation and he told me we don’t compensate here. As far as the heating and air, I had turned my air down to 67 and I haven’t run constantly because I have allergies and it’s not 67° in here. It feels like it’s more around 70 or 71 so I woke up stuffy and congested

The moment I stepped off the elevator and saw the old, nasty carpet and peeling wallpaper, I knew my room wouldn't be much better. The room had really old, damaged, chipped furniture, a very thin curtain with no blackout curtain, and the sink and toilet must have been for a child they were so low to the ground. You get what you pay for, but never again. Yuk.

Had guests here many times. When I have friends and family this place is convenient for us and guests have never complained. There is a Target in walking distance for any convenience needs.

Came up to see family and friends and really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was excellent. They are remodeling as they have taken over an older Hampton but the changes they are making are great. Brand new mattress - I will stay here when we come up north

Really good customer service from night and morning attendant! Clean hotel, nice, cleaning and breakfast staff as well. I just wish the beds were a bit lower especially for handicapped individuals who want to stay in a double room with family.
