Me and my family enjoyed our stay….will definitely be staying there again next time we visit

Horrible weekend, it was a very bad experience in the pool also… the kids and I barely got to enjoy it. So many noise complaints over the weekend.

Our time was ok. That's pretty much how I would describe the Lombard Embassy Suites. I've never paid for parking when not in the city or near an airport. That was surprising. The pool had issues, which was the reason we came. So cloudy we couldn't see our feet in the pool and the hot tub was so bad you couldn't see your hand a foot underwater without the bubbles going. Things that I would assume are standard weren't. For instance, you couldn't log into your streaming networks on the tv. There was 1 channel that was kid appropriate that we could watch, unless you wanted to pay for something because the only on demand movies were all at a price. We ate breakfast and went to go swimming. The pool was supposed to be open but wasn't. Just kinda a 'meh' experience. It felt very dated. The woman serving breakfast was fantastic! She worked hard and was very nice. There was a surprise 'snack' time in the evening where you could go down to the bar and get some chips and veggies (if there were any out) and each adult got 2 free drinks. That was nice. We won't be back. There are too many other hotels we've been at with similar pricing and many more perks...

I like the accommodations as far as space of your rooms and the full to cook breakfast provided. However after coming to your location for over 15 yrs this would be my last unfortunately. Over the years the noise and the marijuana smoking within the property makes it less enjoyable for families.

Me and my family stay at the embassy quite frequently! However this time our stay was quite different. The staff is always courteous,however very understaffed. The pool area is place that should be safe,and enjoyable. In the evening they have security,but apparently they need it all day at the pool! My son,and husband went down to swim,and there were a bunch of unaattended boys. The boys were running around,taking clean towels,and placing them in the pool. They were playing in the hot tub,and hitting each other with towels,with no regards of other guest. There were also several hotel room parties,which needs to stop,because once again there is no consideration of other guest! The lack of supervision that is allowed on the premises is appalling! When we checked in on our first night everything was clean. As we continued our stay you could see the dissaray, throughout the hotel,because of all the ruckus that was allowed.We love Embassy,but they need to make some changes, or they will start to lose alot of long time guest.

Spring break for the family. Son and I enjoyed a relaxing visit. Easy access from tollway. Mall and AMC across the street. Plethora of restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff was very pleasant

The room I selected in my Orbitz choice was not honored, not was any incentive made to compensate me for the inconvenience. The final room bill was more than price in my Orbitz reservation. No effort was made in the 4 days i stayed there to address the first condition. Hotel rule about partying on rooms, children running in hallways after 10 PM, and loud shouting after hours were not enforced. The pool had some kind of oil film on top of the water. The pool water was so dirty the bottom of the pool could not be seen. The hot tub was closed because of water conditions during most of my stay. The room was not thoroughly cleaned as the carpet had the food remains on it from previous visitors. The bar faucet was not substantially connected to be operable. When the shower was used the entire floor of the bathroom got sprayed. Orbitz should note on this hotel selection that there is a $12.50 nightly parking fee for self parking. Certain of the staff were as minimally helpful as they could be. And my list can go on and on. This was the fifth time my family stayed at this hotel and this is worst time and experience we have ever had.

The pool water was cloudy, the hot tub was half filled the first night then the next day it was filled but ice cold. No pool towels available. Staff never checked pool which was over filled to the point of safety issues with unsupervised kids between ages 9-12. Our room had empty containers or shampoo, conditioners and body wash. We booked for 5 people our room had 3 towels total. In the morning at 8:30am will still 30min left of breakfast they ran out of food. We choose to do our family staycations at Embassy suites this was our first visit to this Lombard location and we will never return. Waste of money

Enough room for family (7 room total) Very nice experience all around.

Saturday night is a nightmare at this hotel. It's like party city for large families. I'm fine with children but they were unsupervised and running all over the place. The room next to us had a karaoke machine and they were singing well into the night. Weed smell was everywhere. The rooms are outdated - very few plugs for people with multiple devices. Finishings were very dated.
