Spacious rooms. Good for family with kids.

We've been staying here for years and love the spacious rooms with a separate area for the kids. However, we needed to contact the front desk for extra linens. The room phone was disabled. I had to either call with my cell or go to the front desk in person. Slightly annoying. Also, it would be nice if they could upgrade the rooms with charging ports instead of simply outlets.

Got to hotel an hour and a half before check in time. Went in to check on possibility of an early check in. Front desk woman was rude, didn't even look at the computer or anything and just said there weren't any rooms ready. There are two elevators in the hotel. One was broken. Since the entire hotel had to share one elevator, just about every time coming or going you had to wait in line to get on the elevator. Rooms were not the cleanest, and very dated. There was food on the floor of our room and in the pull out couch when we pulled it out for our kids to sleep on. Couch was old and had stains too. Not good when your kids are sleeping on the pull out bed. The two women that were the bartenders and waitresses in the restaurant were great. I wish I remembered their names. They were very nice and gave wonderful service. They were the best part of the stay. It was an extremely hot day. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. Overall, the pool was pretty good, but the patio around the pool could use a good cleaning and some updating. A storm came through the night we were there, and quite a bit of water came pouring in the window of the bedroom area. We let the front desk know this happened, but have a feeling nothing was likely done about it.

Excellent place for family as well. We will come back again

Spacious bedroom suite for a family of 4. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was clean and quite. The male receptionist and a bartender were not mean but unfriendly.

Pocket doors to bathroom were very nosey to close. Not quiet in the middle of the night. Remote control to the main TV didn't work most of the time. Tried calling front desk but never got an answer. Phones kept ringing with no answer. Front desk was very accommodating when asking for extra supplies. Restaurant menu could be a little bit more kid friendly. Very good food though.

Plenty of extra space for a toddler, with an extra large bathroom and sitting area.

Our stay was great. Everything was very clean. We were their during a convention so it was very loud and the staff was overwhelmed, we understood that was out of their hands and house keeping still provided what we needed in a timely fashion. Only problem we had was it was extremely cold in our room and we could adjust the temperature. House Keeping had to bring us 4 additional blankets to keep warm as we had little ones with us. Besides that, everything else was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel staff was nice. They did give us a key to a room that was already occupied with someone else’s stuff in it. The pool was full but not available for use the 3 days we were which was a huge disappointment with two kids under 12. Property was nice.

Would have been VerY helpful to know pool was closed before we check re d in with8 grandchildren. Not very nice about compensation. Requests. Not staying again
