We were in town visiting family. Room was clean and comfortable. Would have appreciated more towels and nicer pillows, but otherwise very nice.

The building was really nice, the only real complain my wife & I had was that the bar was part of the entrance foyer with kids & teenagers hanging around. The bar "area" was NOT very baridh at all. Bar should be placed in a more private area.

The outdoor space is great, the accomadations inside are also very nice, comfortable, and spacious for families and groups. I liked each room having a balcony outside facing a small green space. I would recommend this place but it had a few issues I did not like. The pillows were awful, the kind that look good plumped up until you lay your head on them and they go flat, like letting the air out of a balloon. Sleep was difficult. Also, make sure you visit a local restaraunt for breakfast because the Starbucks breakfast bar is stupid expensive for limited options.

We have stayed at the Courtyard in Highland Park while visiting our children there. The location is really convenient and the hotel well cared for. The room was comfortable although it was more expensive than another Courtyard nearby in Deerfield. Staff is friendl and they responded quickly to a problem in our bathroom. We staed fofr six days and it really worked well for us.

Pool was great with flexible hours which made it perfect for jet lagged kids. Balcony was nice feature and the blackout shades were fantastic. Would stay here again.
