Nice, clean and fun hotel. My kids had a blast. We didn't even have to stress about one of our meals. Breakfast was amazing, the staff were excellent!

Good: Clean rooms, pleasant staff, indoor pool. Bad: flys in breakfast area and pool area, older children and parents not being careful of littler children and taking over pool area.

My stay started off very well until Thursday night. After attending my daughter’s graduation me and my family returned to the hotel around 11:30pm maybe a little bit later. Upon arriving to the room, we entered and come to find out the entire floor in the room is wet. We notify the front desk about the ongoing situation. They have no more available rooms at the location and want to move us to another location that’s 30mins away. The time is almost 1am in the morning. My mother and father are in there late 70’ early 80’s. So moving them that time of night isn’t favorable. So my parents come to my room which is wet all by the window but not entirely wet like there room. The next day they move me and my parents to different rooms. Upon check out on Saturday morning, I ask the clerk would I be credited back Friday since my room was wet and moving was too late. I was told no because it was a third party booking which makes no sense cause it wasn’t the third parties fault for the floor being wet,

The room was clean. But there was a room next to ours with only childern in it. They screamed and jumped on the beds until 1am. Noone came and did anything about it.

Checking in was smooth and easy. Our room was large and smelled clean. Room looked brand new. It was quite the first night. In the morning at 9am we went down to breakfast. They had cheese omelettes, sausage and breakfast potatoes. As well as two waffle irons to make mini Belgian waffles. Second night a bunch of kids checked in for some soccer / hockey event. They were teenagers but acted like toddlers in the hallways. Running and screaming. Loud music was playing in the room next to us but they had enough courtesy to turn it off by 11pm. Second moring we went down same time. 9 am. No sausage, no potatoes and no waffles. Only thing hot were western omelettes ( yuck ). No cleaning service so had to ask for extra towels at the front desk. Our room phone wouldn’t call the front desk. I asked for a couple extra pillows and was told they were out. Didn’t think we’d ever stay here again. Proximity to what we wanted was too far away.

I was surprised to learn it's a dog friendly hotel. There were a few large dogs with loud barks. Thankfully, our room was not near one. Prime time breakfast was shared with a soccer team with 10 min wait on hot food. Short on pillows for the pull out sofa. Didn't care for the bathroom slide door that didn't give full privacy.. Otherwise, very clean and updated, with family friendly pool.

Everything was great. Had a pack n play and extra sheet for a kiddo - last minute - we weren’t even supposed to be in Chicago. The person who checked us in was lovely. Super clean.

This hotel is an excellent value. The breakfast was awesome. We especially loved the queen bunk beds. The kids was especially happy because she had a “real” bed as opposed to a rollaway bed. And as an adult even I loved being in a bunk bed. The staff were really great. All of my interactions with the front desk was excellent. I especially enjoyed Sherry who was super nice and answered all my questions, booked a hotel shuttle for me, and gave recommendations for eating joints and also specific menu items. Overall, I would love to stay here again and I would recommend it very highly.
