My air conditioning did not work, the next day they were suppose to fix it, they did not, I had to move rooms at 9:30 pm with two kids. They told me I already checked out in the middle of my stay. The rooms were dirty, the door was to large for the door frame and did not close, the shower made a screeching noise every time you tried to use hot water. The pull out couch was so gross I did like how large the rooms were, and the eating area was, that was convenient.

This is a safe, quiet, convenient hotel to stay. With lots of dining options, and shopping places to go. We had been visiting family and stayed in this Hotel for more than 7 years.

Stayed here over the summer with our family. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a suite that closed off the bedroom from the lounging area in our room and that was great. Breakfast was great and the facility of beautiful. Would definitely recommend and rebook.

I came here with my family, the workers was sooo friendly. Special shout out to Laura she was amazing. Everything was nice and clean. But one thing I can say is we were a little loud and the security was a little rude and could’ve told us to quiet down instead of telling us we was being “irritating”

Advertised to have pool and hot tub. They haven’t had the pool and hot tub opened in over a year. My grandchildren were very disappointed. 😢

Very disappointed in our stay. My family and I always stay at Embassy suites due to the nice happy hours with unlimited bar drinks for adults and snacks for the kids. Unfortunately for this location it was limited drinks and the pool wasn’t even open for swimming which is another reason we wanted to stay here.

First, we love embassy rooms for how the sleeping arrangements work for our family. Love breakfast options. The pool was drained and there was no notice prior to booking or checking in- no discount or available refund even though we specifically wanted to book a hotel with pool for our kids. The managers reception, which Embassy Suites is known for, had only popcorn with no bowls or plates available to get any. And we were given 1 free drink (which is still great but I thought it used to be more). We didn’t want to pay to get another drink because there was only 1 bartender and it took us 20-30 minutes just to get our first drink. Breakfast was good but the line to get a omelet wasn’t worth waiting in (probably 15 people waiting in line with 1 cook) so I can’t give my review on that. Only one elevator was working. Overall, not the worst experience but we would have absolutely stayed elsewhere if we had known the pool was broken.

As soon as we walked in there was a sign that said “Pool Closed” which was a big deal for us because our kids were looking forward to swimming. It really made us mad because we called the day before to confirm reservations and ask if the pool was open and was told yes! We would have not paid what we paid for somewhere like this without a pool! The room was small. Both the room and bathroom need updating. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues…it took 3 times to call to get them. We actually ended up walking down and getting them. We are reward members (silver status) so we travel quit a bit. We will not stay here or recommend this hotel.

My family has stayed at many, many embassy’s the last two years, in all parts of the country and the service here, from checking in (a little hiccup but no fault of theirs) to the guys behind the bar interacting with my kids and talking sports with them. One of the best services we’ve experienced! Will absolutely be back.

Love embassy, but very disappointed. Went there for my daughters birthday and there was no pool. There was no warning of no pool before arriving. My kids were so sad and disappointed.
