Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside

I booked this hotel because it fit the budget well for my small family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older and outdated and that is fine. However, as I went to bed I found a small cockroach crawling on the bed. So we won’t be staying again.

Just around the corner from retail and restaurants. Clean and comfortable rooms, family friendly. GREAT BREAKFAST!!!

Good location near a lot. Staff was very nice. The elevators were in and out of function so that was a bit challenging on the 6th floor with 2 kids.

We stay here often. The location is a quiet and safe. The hotel provides breakfast and clean room. Perfect for a family.

This hotel was nice and very clean. However, the last day was very hard to sleep due to new clients that came with little children. I couldn't sleep the whole night . The children were up and down shutting the doors and running very wildly.

Me & my family's stay was good. It was just an overnight stay. Rooms were clean. I didn't like the office chairs in the rooms they need to be updated. other than that it was nice and quiet. I would stay here again.

My family and I had a little weekend getaway, stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Quiet and clean, and the staff were quick and friendly. We liked how there were many shops and restaurants around the area.

I booked 2 rooms one for my wife son and myself the other for my parents who were married that day. My mom woke up to ants, lots of them! They were in my dad shoes and every where. So we had to check out early which meant waking my toddler and tired wife up. We live 15 miles away but they’re wedding was that way and didn’t want to drive home tired and we still ended up driving home tired.

I had to come three for a family funeral, I would definitely stay there again.

My family was visiting Chicago for a few days and we had previous stayed at this hotel and decided to stay again due to its close proximity to shopping. Our last stay was good. This stay was just ok. My husband went to put his wallet in the drawer and it was a ton of trash in the drawer. There was stains on the sheets and hair in the shower which leads us to believe that the rooms are not being properly cleaned. Room service never came to our room and when we seen them in the hall and told them we wanted service, they politely declined and asked us to bring the trash out and gave us new towels as we requested. The room could use a good dusting. The hotel lobby appeared clean. The check in attendant was polite. There were no loud routy neighbors which was good. I would stay here again based on the location. Ill most likely start bringing my own sheets.
