The comfort level was wonderful, and we had so much room to spread out! We were grateful to have so many family restaurant choices nearby, and breakfast was the best of our 13 day trip!

I really thought the lobby was decorated very festive for the holidays and I loved that welcoming feeling. The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and very friendly. My room is very clean and I am always picky about that. I am a bit disappointed with the pool however as the pool was extremely cold and my children couldnt even enjoy it. We left after 2 minutes. Unfortunately, the pool was the main reason for our stay as this was a mini "staycation" for us so the kids could go swimming.

I typically enjoy staying at Hyatt hotels. The property itself is pretty nice, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Honestly felt comparable to a pull out sofa bed with zero softness. I stayed an extra 2 days after a family event to relax but the lack of sleep eliminated that. I let the front desk know after the first night and was given a different room, but the bed was the same. I considered just changing hotels, but just stuck it out. I will not stay in this hotel again when I return in November.

Our family vacation was fabulous from the first day until the last. The hotel was very clean and staff was great!! Perfect location and great amenities. The room was comfortable and everything was great..

Overall the Hyatt House showed great hospitality, they were very attentive to my family and I needs. I would recommend if your in the Chicago area. The only thing I did'nt like was the cigarette smokers standing at the door of the building, not a good place to smoke being that ppl are coming in and out.

Nice for a quick stay. Rooms are a little small, and the pool is always full of kids.
