I booked a room here because my preferred hotel was full, and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. The room was a double to accommodate my kid (an NU student, needing a break from cramped dorm space) and housekeeping was great about keeping the room clean and keeping him supplied with coffee pods. The downstairs desk staff were also very helpful and pleasant, helping me book a cab back to the airport and also helping with our room booking, which I extended for a few days for my son. Many thanks.

Great experience. Offered a room with a pull out couch and a roll away bed. Room was huge and had two extra straight back chairs w the couch that pulled out. Everyone was so kind and my kids were happy w the pool

Great stay! We stay here a lot when visiting family. Good gym, hot tub was finally working (it often was out of order). They brought the coffee back to the lobby in the morning which is much appreciated. Clean hotel, good water pressure, friendly staff, we got early check in and late check out.

Staff was very helpful and they were always very positive and friendly. The property was very clean and had a very clean smell that was refreshing. Really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for two nights while visiting family. The room was clean and quiet, parking was easy to find and having it set up at the hotel for a daily price so you could come and go as you pleased was very simple. I was a little shocked that our rooms weren't cleaned, we didn't need new linens or anything but I was still expecting our beds to be made. It didn't change our experience, I just thought it was weird. They also didn't put an outrageous hold on my debit card which I appreciated, only a $50 fee was held and then returned when we checked out.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, the El, etc. Very comfortable and clean room (even the pull-out sofa was pretty comfortable). The kids loved the pool. Overall, we had a great time. Only issue was that the wifi signal in our room was virtually non-existent (my guess is because we were in a corner, end of hallway room, but luckily, we didn't really need it, so it was a non-issue).

Our corner junior suite with a connecting double room for kids was spacious and clean. Service was good and the hotel makes everything convenient. Our only complaint is that the AC/heating system was very loud and blowing right above the beds. Also, they do not provide room service for lunch or serve lunch, but there are plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance.

I chose this hotel based on the review from previous visitors and we were very pleased with the choice. The front desk people were very friendly. The room looked new, even the carpet was clean and looked new. The king size bed was excellent. We slept like babies. My husband wanted to take the mattress home. All in all it was an excellent choice.
