My husband and I were in town for a concert at the Aragon Ballroom. I highly recommend the both the venue and the hotel! In our less-than-24-hour getaway, we saw a great concert in an amazing venue, stayed in a great hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast, walked a few blocks and were on the beach with our coffee. The area was safe and everything we needed was nearby. I would definitely stay here again.....but for at least a couple nights next time. This hotel/area would be a great stay with kids or for a girls' weekend, too. The valet parking was nice, too.

Goodness, Carlos felt like talking to a family member for I and my sister. Such a sweet man with a warm smile AND so very helpful. All front desk associates so kind and genuine. Wonderful breakfast every morning and such a clean hotel. And just short walk to the L and lake. Wonderful stay!

Staff and hotel were great. Having to valet isn’t ideal but the valet staff were so good it made the $40 a night worth it. If your child is going to Loyola of Chicago than this is THE place. The L train is literally steps away making it easy to get into the city.

They moved a bunch of kids to this hotel because of a water main break and the hotel was like a zoo; we could not sleep because of the noise and the raucus going on until the late hours of the night. We feel we should be reimbursed

This hotel is just the right size (for our family) and a great location. It is dog friendly and the employees are extra friendly. Our roon with two queens was just right; very comfortable and roomy. The hot water temperature needed to be lowered, as it was scolding. The rooftop area had great views and was very cozy! Unfortunately the kitchen oven was down, so the full breakfast that we were counting on, was less than ideal. Our stay was pretty perfect.
