Traveled from Minnesota with my family for a mini vacation. Hotel is in perfect location from the airport and not far from downtown chicago. Free parking and breakfast included is a plus for me. And on top of that they have a free electric car charger for my tesla. Been coming back to this hotel for the past few years now. Never disappoint.to summarize, I will be staying here again next year and the years after that whenever we travel to Chicago.

I really recommend this hotel it’s clean and good for family. They have a free breakfast from 6:30am to 9:30am. Cleaning room every day. Great reception stuff.

Very noisy. Stayed on second floor and heard banging from upstairs, and children yelling and screaming from the pool area, which was supposed to be closed at that time. Breakfast are pretty poor, with staff closing down breakfast area five minutes before closing time. I thought that was very stingy and did not show a great attitude towards the guests. Also, the room is comfortable, however, there are fluorescent lights everywhere. Very unwelcoming, not warm at all, and not a very pleasing atmosphere to come home to after a long day. I would not stay here again.
