This property is perfect for families that want the convenience of a hotel and the convenience of a home. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and had access to everything we needed at the property. Everything was clean. The instructions provided to access parking and any specific needs was easy to follow and perfect! Looking forward to staying there again next time we visit Chicago!!!

This was the perfect option for our family trip that included me, my fiance, 7-year-old son, and my mother. We had 2 bedrooms that had plenty of room and closet space. My brother who lives in Chicago was able to come visit with his girlfriend and dog. We were all able to spend time visiting in the living room area. The individual garages were perfect and we didn't have to park on the street. Every single employee was so nice and helpful. Dee was an absolute delight! Will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Chicago.
