The room was nice and clean. The toilet was wobbly and the sheet on the pull out couch had hair all over it so our child just slept on the couch. The mattress was not comfortable.

The hotel is in the perfect location to visit family. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our room was close to a busy intersection. We could really hear the traffic but it didn't bother us while sleeping. Loved the Kennedy Rooftop.

We comfortably had my family of four in one room with the king bed and fold out sofa. We could easily set up our pop up crib for our daughter in the king bed room. Our sealy mattress was very comfortable and we slept well. The shower had very strong water pressure and felt great! We did have dinner at the Kennedy Rooftop. Food was great. Service was good. The Brie and fireplace was great on the rooftop.

Beautiful place! Breakfast was great…tasty and complimentary. The lobby, breakfast area, and bar, are on the 7th floor and you have a beautiful view of the city from there. The room was perfect for our family. It was clean and had everything we needed…except for a microwave. That wasn’t an issue because we were able to use the microwave in the breakfast area. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and kind. The front desk ladies, housekeeping, valet, kitchen staff…everyone! Valet parking is the only parking option. Just a heads up…

Valet easy Fast check/in Didn't like I'm in a handicap accessible room because I'm with an infant and needed the tub/shower. It would be dangerous in the bathroom to even take a shower!

All the staff are friendly. We are grateful that they allowed early check-in. The room is big, which is very helpful for a family of 4.
