It was fine. Some family members with small children had to wait until after 9:00 pm for a room to become available. That was extremely unfortunate and the only snag on an otherwise pleasant stay. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and gracious, the breakfast was great, the parking was convenient, and the room was comfortable.

It was convenient close to the college where my child goes to. Staff was were great and polite. A lot a restaurant close to the location and it is walkable. Ime and my family would stay there there again.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The only complaint was our room was not ready when we arrived at a quarter to 4. My kids and I had to wait in the lobby for our room to be ready for 30 minutes. That was a first for me. Overall, the Hyatt is always a good experience and their breakfast is good.

We stayed overnight for a family wedding. The service was amazing, the hotel was so clean and well organized. The breakfast was impressive anf everyone was so nice! Very impressive!

My family and i visited Chicago gor the first time and our stay was amazing! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone lookimg for easy parking for an affordable rate, a great facility close to restaurants and easy access to highway. The hotel was clean and beds were super comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful in whatever we needed. I will definitely stay here again!!!

The parking garage was convenient. The room was spacious and clean. They had a diverse breakfast offering. Wish they had a full sized pool, but they did have a kiddy pool.

Poor area, hardly room to park for vallet. Then vallet person was no where to be found.. We had to go find someone and then they didn’t have any luggage carts for us to use so we had to carry our 3 kids and all our luggage at once. Then the ‘crib’ I reserved wasn’t in our room. Once we got it it was in very poor condition and hard as a rock..

I had to make a last minute reservation because of some maintenance in my home, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel! It was beautiful, very clean and comfortable! The breakfast left a little to be desired, but since I live in the area that wasn't a big setback for me. I'd book here again, and recommend to family!
