It’s a good place to stay, with nice facilities. We love the pool, providing fun for the children. It has a fully functional kitchen equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. They have good buffet breakfast, providing variety daily. They have friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent service throughout our stay. We love the location, closed to most landmarks, accessible and walkable to local shops, restaurants etc. we really enjoyed our stay at homewood suites by Hilton as much as we love Chicago.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites. We had a corner suite with a separate bedroom area. It was a good size room for such a central location. From the hotel we could hop on the red line of the L and easily get to major attractions, like Lincoln Park to the north and Millenium Park to the south. We were also just across the street from Uno’s, the historic originator of the famous deep dish pizza. ALL the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a delightful experience at Homewood Suites.

Took a family of four to Chicago for a few days. The room was a tad bit smaller than anticipated but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it was fine. The complimentary hot breakfast was pretty good. The only minor complaint we had was the elevators. There were only two and they ran very slowly, which you learn to deal with after being there for a couple days. Overal, I would recommend.

Staff is excellent and makes you feel at home. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hotel location is in the heart of downtown, walking distance from mag mile, river walk and navy pier. Certainly recommend the property for families.

Overall a good option, especially for families. The lobby is on the 6th floor, pool on the 19th. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent location and good dining options within walking distance (Doc B’s across the street, pizzeria uno around the corner). We needed more blankets and it took over an hour when we called, plus we didn’t get housekeeping as scheduled but not a big deal on either. Overall I’d recommend the hotel. Breakfast is included and has something for everyone which is a huge perk. Friendly staff.

Valet parking is uncoordinated! They leave the car and take your keys to get another car. Once you receive your text that your car is ready, you have to wait longer because the employees do NOT delegate properly to get the cars while another give the keys to the guest. So much time wasted waiting on them. Several families affected waiting outside the hotel! Valet employees were not friendly nor communicative.
