Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bensenville - O'Hare, an IHG Hotel

We had a great stay! We had 20 family members stay at the property this trip and we were all more than satisfied. The hotel staff was nice & courteous, the breakfast every morning was delicious. The rooms were clean and larger than expected & lastly pricing was fair!

Great place, inexpensive and good food for breakfast. Only downfall cost Attracts lots of families. Oh well, my kids were a handful as well. :-)

Our family of 6 stayed 1 night, the pull out was dated and uncomfortable. We had to ask for washcloths as there were none in the room and we were met with a bit of attitude. Overall, accommodations were nice, view of graveyard :/ pool was nice and warm, we didn't get up for breakfast. Nice mirror outside of bathroom, refrigerator but no freezer, microwave, we'd stay again but it's also kindof off the beaten path with just one other hotel right next door.

We stayed the weekend and when we got to our hotel room for the night both nights there was no parking spots … was told by the front desk that I could park up the road. They do park and fly so beware. Room was dirty and no sheet on the pull out couch … my room was rented for my family of 6

The room was mostly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. When their shuttle to the airport wasn’t large enough to fit my whole family with all our bags (traveling with an infant), the hotel called us an Uber which was high level customer service and much appreciated.

Family friendly hotel, we are family of 5 and this hotel was perfect to accommodate all of us in one room perfectly. Highly recommended if you plan to visit areas around O'hare airport.

The desk clerk at our check-in was probably the best part of our stay. He advised us on how to use the Blue line to get into the Loop. He foresaw our need for an additional set of towels and got them before I thought of it. He immediately took care of a need at the coffee and tea station when I asked about it. Our room was spacious and comfortable except for the fold-out couch. If I remember correctly, I loved the walk-in shower and shampoo dispensers. The breakfast area seating was laid out in a unusual way, but I noticed it worked very well for other families at all times of the day for various activities. The breakfast hostess was excellent. My only suggestion is some better arrangement of the eggs et cetera serving area. (Bad combination of sneeze guard and chafing dish lids with no place to set down a plate.) The parking lot looked as if it would be overcrowded, but we parked easily every time.

Booked this hotel last minute after a late flight into O'Hare. Seamless check in process. Clean, nice facility. Was able to get a crib quickly for our baby. Only complaint is there was not much parking.

This was by far my most satisfying stay in a hotel in 5 yrs. I can't remember the last time I had a stay anywhere that was event free. Quiet clean everything worked big tv comfy bed fridge microwave. Front desk helpful and pleasant and a full breakfast in the morn..coffee juice toast muffins eggs meat potatoes waffles cinnamon buns baked fresh are you kidding me. I read the reviews and they weren't very nice so i guess it all comes down to check your attitude at the door and enjoy your stay. Believe me I stay in hotels 2 or 3 times a week and i leave reviews wherever i stay I can not say anything but good things about this place. You pay a little more but it is worth every cent.

The pool was nice for the kids.
