A lovely stay. The toilet was way too small. It felt like a kiddie stool. Otherwise it was quite comfortable.

It was a nice quiet room that easy to fit a family of five. We really appreciated that and the lady at breakfast. She was really nice to our kids.

Our room was definitely in need of some TLC (wallpaper was torn/peeling, there was leftover tape on the walls, etc.), but it seemed clean enough. The staff was extremely friendly -- Heather at the breakfast station was very kind (she brought my toddler a ginger ale upon learning she was sick). The housekeeping was a little strange -- they only come every other day (which I guess is standard now in hotels), but they didn't really clean the room. They just left us fresh towels and emptied the trash cans (no vaccuuming, making the bed, etc.). Overall, for the price, it's not terrible, but there's definitely room for improvement.

We have stayed in a king size room with a pullout sofa, bed and a sofa. Bed mattress was stained and uncomfortable and the sofa smelled like old rags was wiped on there. The pool was clean, but it had too much chlorine in it, and it was burning my eyes and my kids, eyes and my husband my husband has red eyes from the chlorine and their puffy. I stayed here before and I never had anything bad to say about it but this time it was different

Very clean. Received adjacent connected rooms for two families. The kids loved it. The breakfast was excellent with lot of options.

My family took a mini spring break trip and I specifically booked this hotel because of the location. In our experience, it was quiet and safe. I was bummed out that the pool was closed during our stay. Luckily, Water Works wasn't too far away.

Stayed here for a family gathering. The suites are a decent size: we had two double beds and a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable, the sofa bed not so much. The pool was fun for the kids, and water was warm, but there is no hot tub. Surrounding area isn't much to write home about.

It was our second time st the property and everything was excellent. We will recommend Spring Hill to any family or friends coming to town. Convenient to airport and plenty of very good restaurants and accommodations. Thanks again
