The shuttle to the train station was so game changing! The drivers were so awesome and they accommodated the stroller too. The rooms were so clean and very comfy. It was just me and my kiddo and the king suite was perfect bc it had two tv’s and the setup with a living area was great with a door between. The pull out couch mattress was not comfy at all but we didnt even use it (my little is only 2.5) but I did pull it out to test it. The sheets, pillows, and blankets were so buttery soft. The fridge and microwave were so helpful for a 5 day trip. Parking was extra since I drove and I wasn’t expecting it but this hotel was so worth it for me. There is also the pizza joint inside that is really yummy too, though there is no continental type breakfast which I think I saw advertised somewhere, but it didn’t bother me. The staff were all so friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel seems modern at checkin but quickly see the issues on the elevators and rooms. A/C worked but barely. Wasnt able to take out the humidity. The sink drained but took forever. The double bed... pull out couch.... was an embarrasement. Should just list it as a couch. Not even suitable for kids. The breakfast wasnt terrible. They had some good hot choices. It was tight quarters but the staff was as accommodating as possible. Only 2 elevators and staff uses it frequently. Expect long wait times there. Overall it seemed safe and convenient and issues were hopefully room specific but there are better options for the price!

The lady working the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. I stayed 2 nights & sorely regretted my decision. In other reviews I noticed they mentioned it needs updating and I understand the sentiment. I stayed on the 2nd fl. & as soon as I walked off the elevator I noticed this weird humidity, kind of similar to walking into an indoor pool. It was odd, but the worst part of my experience was getting no sleep due to the air conditioning unit. Mine was broken and louder than any traffic or overhead air travel. It kept me up all hours of the night and I have 2 young kids, so that's saying something. It never gave me true cold air, so unfortunately I had to keep it running with the fan just so it wouldn't be stuffy and hot. The outside weather wasn't really that hot (72-77), but nonetheless it was an awful night's rest. There were a lot of pillows on the bed but they weren't normal sized pillows and collapsed relatively easily once you laid on them. I tried to sleep under the covers and a few pillows to drown out the howling & rattling of the a/c unit, but it did very little. The 2nd day I made sure to spend as much time out as possible to shorten the amount of time I had to spend in the room. They don't advertise it upfront, but you do have to pay $18/night for parking. There's a random public library across the street you could risk parking at, but other than that you really do have to pay the fee. If you're desperate and need something overnight then it'll do.

Staff was great!! Room was average. I will say there was a lot of kids running up and down the hall throughout the night. I think there was a group (at least 100 ) of students staying at the hotel. I wish I had known in advance. We're lucky if we got 3 hour's of sleep. After driving in from out of town and attending a funeral, 3 hour's seemed as if we never slept. We didn't get to eat breakfast either. So many people were waiting to serve themselves. We just turned back around and returned to our room and left to eat a local breakfast place. Hopefully if we decide to stay again, our stay will be much better.

I had to wait 1.5 hours at the airport before getting frustrated and booked a Lyft to get to the place. Called them 3 times and I was told it would take another 10-15mins for the shuttle to arrive to pick me up each time. After making my infants suffer for 1.5 hours I have had enough. After arriving, I asked the front desk about their lying. They completely denied they received my call. I showed them my call log and they didn't have an answer as to why they gave me false hope and made me and my family suffer in the cold. Other than this, Room facilities, breakfast facilities were pretty good.

Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit aged and under no circumstance should you book a room here expecting to use the sofa bed. They are not fit for sleeping. We had two kids to stay on the sofa bed and switched to the two doubles room after seeing it’s condition. It’s fine for a quick stay near the airport.

Beds were small and not comfortable. Tons of airplanes and you can definitely hear them. Breakfast was over @ 9am and the breakfast was served in a pizza restaurant so I kept smelling pizza sauce when we were eating. The room looked more like a low budget motel. There was a wall unit air conditioner that really seemed to cool the one end of the room. For some reason I haf to write my email on a posted note and give it to the front desk which I already gave when I reserved the room on-line. Place just looked really gaughty and really isnt a family type of place to stay. Best for a one night last minute stop over night. Also, my kid left his inhaler. We called and was instructed to call back in the morning because housekeeping has access to the lost and found. I called back the next morning gave my contact information and was told they'll call back and we never heatd from them again. It was so noisy it gave one of my kids a migraine while we were eating at the restaurant that's next to the hotel. I was so relieved when we left that hotel.

We had a great stay. The hotel is older, but clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the staff!! The cleaning crew were all so friendly and accommodating! And the main woman who took care of the free breakfast was amazing!! Always smiling, pleasant and worked so hard to fulfill the needs of everyone! We were so impressed with staff, we will for sure be back when visiting family in Chicago!
