My stay was fine. The hotel has shuttle service which is great, however it’s a pretty dated hotel and it doesn’t have some of the amenities I’m used to in other hotels. There wasn’t any toiletries outside of the body wash, shampoo & conditioner bolted to the wall. There was a microwave & large fridge so it’s great for families and travelers staying several nights. Not sure if I would stay again at that price point

staff was not helpsul and worst experience ever. No benefit of being a valued hotels card member. regret to be there and see my family struggled for a comforter and bedsheet. worst customer service.

I had a very short stay here but it was everything I needed. I had an early (5:45 am) flight from O'Hare, and didn't want to burden my family and friends by asking for a ride so early. Sonesta is one of the only O'Hare hotels that has a 24 hour free shuttle to the airport. Not only was the room clean and very well appointed, my ride was quick and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again before an early flight.

Parking was available which is a plus and close to the entrance, very clean facility, tv was not working I called front desk he said be there in 5 minutes he never showed up he came and knocked on my door after I had fallen asleep, but the hotel is very nice especially for a family because of the kitchen in the room.
