My stay was fine. The hotel has shuttle service which is great, however it’s a pretty dated hotel and it doesn’t have some of the amenities I’m used to in other hotels. There wasn’t any toiletries outside of the body wash, shampoo & conditioner bolted to the wall. There was a microwave & large fridge so it’s great for families and travelers staying several nights. Not sure if I would stay again at that price point

staff was not helpsul and worst experience ever. No benefit of being a valued hotels card member. regret to be there and see my family struggled for a comforter and bedsheet. worst customer service.

I had a very short stay here but it was everything I needed. I had an early (5:45 am) flight from O'Hare, and didn't want to burden my family and friends by asking for a ride so early. Sonesta is one of the only O'Hare hotels that has a 24 hour free shuttle to the airport. Not only was the room clean and very well appointed, my ride was quick and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again before an early flight.

Parking was available which is a plus and close to the entrance, very clean facility, tv was not working I called front desk he said be there in 5 minutes he never showed up he came and knocked on my door after I had fallen asleep, but the hotel is very nice especially for a family because of the kitchen in the room.

The loddy is configured werid. The front desk clerk seemed to be on drugs couldnt understand our questions and just keep giving the same answer after we repeated ourselves. The room was ok except for it reeked of baby powder. Wont be staying there again with the type of standards i have for hotels ive stayed for at similar price. If your desperate for a place to stay then its ok for a night but other then that would not recommend.
