La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Moscow Pullman

I will never stay here again. I booked the hotel for the rate and how close it was to the college campus. This property is extremely old and outdated. At 3:00am in the morning, I thought there was a dog fight in the lobby. There was several dogs barking and people yelling. It was very weird. People yelled through the lobby all night long. I felt so uncomfortable with my family, I didn’t even bother to eat the contential breakfast. Please don’t stay here, by yourself it was not good. I am pretty sure I had bed bugs in my bed as well.

It was a very nice place to stay and there was a trampoline park within walking distance from the hotel. So in the future I plan on going back and taking the grandkids pool at the hotel and trampoline park next door…..what a fun weekend

It was a very nice property and when I visit family in Moscow this is where I plan on staying. Staff is friendly and the location is good. I was impressed by how clean everything was.

Somewhat biased as we were exhausted from a long drive. We had to wait for the ONLY staff person on duty at 7pm to finish a prolonged phone call with another client before we could check in. When we arrived at our room there were huge blowers and a damp carpet. We went to ask for a different room. The ONLY employee was on break. We had to wait for her to return. We got a room without issues. UNTIL the children started the early morning shrieking in the lovely atrium/breakfast room because the sound quality was great! What child could resist and what modern parent would intervene. We will look for other options in Moscow in the future.

They put me in the 1st room by the sliding door entrance/lobby. I could hear it opening and closing all night. I could hear exactly what the couple in the room above me were doing and I could hear children screaming in the pool area until 10 pm. If I were in a different room on the top floor it probably would’ve been great but I could not sleep. The blow dryer also appeared to be missing. Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

Have stayed here multiple times without too many issues. Unfortunately, this time we had an extremely loud family the floor above us and they were running, stomping, or shouting until nearly midnight.

The staff was wonderful, but there were few things that made it disappointing. First, check in was supposed to be at 3. We arrived at 3:30 only to be told our room wasn’t ready and they would call when it was. We didn’t receive a call until 5pm. Second, we were on the 3rd floor, which was great, but when we went to open the window, there was no screen and the window could be opened all the way and the lock did not function. We have kiddos so that raised concern. Also smaller things like nowhere to hang your towel after you shower or when you turned on the shower there was an insanely loud high pitch ringing that came from the shower head. Made it unpleasant. Other than that, the beer selection at the little market was on point.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. I travel for business weekly, and this thing was awful. No shampoo in the bathrooms! $260 a night during U of I graduation and no shampoo? All hallways wreak of mildew, thin walls....loud. It is also a blue collar hotel, where many contractors stay for weeks at a time....was literally accosted by one in the parking lot for parking in “his spot”. I’ll never stay here ever again, and have spread the word to my family that live in Moscow to avoid having others stay there as well.

The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Great for the price. The only disappointment was we were in town and the only reason we booked the room there is because of the swimming pool so the kids would have something to do. after checking in we all got ready put our bathing suits on and went down to the pool only for the staff to tell us that it was closed because of mechanical issue. I'm not sure if it just happened between the time we checked in or if it had been out of commission and they just didn't tell us upon check in. It was disappointing but we ended up watching movies in our room and the stay was fine. The staff gave us a discount for our next visit. But unfortunately they could not give us a discounted room at the time because we went through hotels.com.

we always stay at La Quinta in Moscow because its closer to the family were visiting.
