Stayed at Coast Hilltop during move in for our Coug. It was convent to the campus and easy to get around. The desk staff was friendly and gave good tips on family weekends and football game weekends.

Its a nice hotel with a great view of Pullman and the WSU Campus. Indoor pool and jacuzzi were a hit with the kids.

This hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and convenient. They are very accommodating when my 87 yr old mother travels with me. We always get a room that is truly handicapped accessible, especially in the bathroom, where its most needed. We return every time we are visiting family in the area.

Two horrible things. One is that there was something broken in with the water and my family had to take two freezing cold showers. The hotel finally sent somebody to fix it, but offered no compensation back for such a miserable stay. Also, the walls are very thin, and we heard the kids screaming in the room next to us quite loudly.

Great place for a quick trip with the family. Only downside was the breakfast. All they had was waffles for a choice as their shipment didn’t come in but not their fault! Did smell like smoke a bit in the halls/front area but room was good.

This is the only hotel that our family utilizes in Pullman Washington. My daughter had to come back a few days early before the pass conditions got even worse so that she could get to school on time at WSU. I booked this last minute and they always take care of her as a young lady staying alone. I love this hotel so much thank you Spencer and your wonderful staff

We chose this property in Pullman as it was just a mile from where we were visiting family for Thanksgiving. A couple of cons. The electrical outlets in Room 215 were loose and scary. When I went to plug something in, the entire plate would slip and slide. I understand low staffing on this weekend but I had to go tell the front desk they were almost out of breakfast sandwiches. The waffles were very good though.

Reasonably priced option in Pullman. Room was a good size. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture in the room was banged up and should be replaced but everything worked. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is not walkable to anything so you need a car. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was disappointing with no fruit or juice. The only hot items were waffles and breakfast sandwiches to microwave (pork only). But the breakfast room has a fabulous view. Pool appears popular with families.
