Holiday Inn Express And Suites Pullman, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was super clean and the staff was very friendly. My picky kids were impressed with the breakfast!

This hotel appears to be recently updated with only a few subtle hints of it's old self. The biggest dissapointement to me was the lack of acoustical engineering in this hotel. There seemed to be a lot of sound transmission. Also, even though this hotel is located on an intersection it only has one entry - which seemed odd and slightly inconvenient to me. The bed was comfortable enough. There were a lot of kids and some pets that I could hear at night. There was also exterior remodeling construction going on - which obviously will only be temporary...

I called to asked if we were able to do an early check in due to not knowing were to go that they were so understanding and accommodating that we were able to do that for my family! Highly recommend and will be staying there again!

This place is nothing but nice! From the moment of check in staff was friendly and genuinely seemed to like interacting with guests. Everyplace I looked was clean and the staff truly care about the condition of this facility. Nicest HIE I've stayed in and was reasonably priced. Pluses... great indoor pool and hot tub, very nice workout room, good breakfast with lots of options and seating. Bonuses... fresh baked cookies in the evening, several outdoor seating areas including large patio with gas fireplace, couches, umbrella tables, chairs and big screen TV. Three of our four evenings were spent with our baseball team families on this large patio. Ample parking, Short drive to lots of dining, shopping, WSU and Zappos restaurant/arcade/bowling alley. We would without a doubt book this again for next years Palouse Baseball series.

There were a few teenagers at the pool who made the pool experience unpleasant for my children. They also left there towels everywhere around the pool which we cleaned up.

Very friendly staff. Easter bags were left for all kids, very nice touch! Food was hot and never ran out. We really enjoyed our stay.

I like the location. It has a good continental breakfast in the morning. My kids love the nightly milk and cookies. It is also nice to have the courtesy shuttle to take you up to the campus. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked a lot the property The room was clean and with everything we needed Me and my children were escaping the heat wave in our state of Washington, and found an oasis! I am very pleased with my experience and would stay there again! I sure recommend this hotel to anyone!
